Project idea:
"Planning to set up a Cultural center on the West coast of Norway. I am looking for partners to corporate with regarding art, folkmusic, craft, culture and architects.
Looking for people who have experience with projects were artists and craft people have done districts development and have experience with this kind of work.
Want to get new ideas and find artists, craft people, culture people and architects who can give inspiration and come and stay and work and give knowledge to develop activities as part of a program for the cultural center.
Want to get in contact to exchange ideas, to do art and craft projects together, do district development based
on culture, art and craft projects with people from Norway and Portugal.
The center is based on the West coast of Norway, the coastal culture is one of the main goals. The tradition this area has regarding the sea, boat culture, tradition to build wooden boats, long fishing traditions. Also have extra focus on the native sheep, the heritage after the Vikings, this has been a part of project for many years.
When people meet they talk and learn from each other and get new ideas and get inspirations.
This is what l hope l can get out of a Machmaking Seminar".

Textile groups, and folk music groups. Want contact with a wide range of people who can give input to a creative program on an arena to learn from each other and make a network. People can come and stay at the center in Norway and do projects together as part of a culture exchange program.
