Come and participate in an environmental volunteering action and contribute to the protection of our ecosystems!
Under the project "More Pollinators, More Biodiversity in the Municipality of Oeiras", funded by EEAGrantsPT, we invite the population to participate in an action to remove invasive alien species, guided by Municipality technicians.
The introduction and spread of invasive alien species is one of the main causes of biodiversity loss worldwide, so it is urgent to raise awareness and take action to control and eradicate them.
The initiative will take place at Quinta de Recreio do Marquês de Pombal, on November 23rd, from 10am to 12pm.
- The minimum age to participate in this initiative is 14 years old.
- Participation is free of charge, with registration (limited).
