This activity aims to present the group of bees, more specifically the solitary bees.
We will learn the main behavioral mechanisms of this group (foraging, nesting habits and sociability), understand the importance of these animals for the balance of ecosystems and how we can, through simple structures (nests), help in their conservation. During the activity, we will also observe different species of bees that can be attracted by placing these nests and/or planting specific flower species.
