Programme Environment in the International Conference ‘Energy and Climate Challenges of the Republic of Croatia’, Dubrovnik

The Environment Programme will be in the International Conference “Energy and Climate Challenges of the Republic of Croatia” will be held from 13 until 14 April 2023. The event will take place in Hotel Kompas in Dubrovnik.

The opening of the Conference will focus on the relevant political and operational level with an emphasis on the Energy and Climate Change Programme, such as the general field of energy and renewable energy sources and the perspective of the future European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (EEA Grants).

During the Conference, the focus will be the reduction of CO2 emissions and countries in the role of Project Promoters to which grants were awarded and are actively working on the implementation of projects within the Energy and Climate Change Programme.

The session will also focus on energy, climate and environmental policy within the EEA and Norway Grants and accordingly represented as well as discussed by representatives of Programme Operators from Croatia along with other beneficiary countries performing within the scope of EEA and Norway Grants.

It will also take place discussions in the fields of solar energy, marine energy and geothermal energy and its best practices.
