Programme:The Municipality of Almodôvar is part of the territory of the NUTS III Baixo Alentejo, covered by the Intermunicipal Plan for Adaptation to Climate Change in Baixo Alentejo (PIAAC BA), prepared in November 2018 by the Intermunicipal Community of Baixo Alentejo (CIMBAL). Recognizing the urgency of the theme of climate change, the Municipality of Almodôvar intends to continue the work developed, deepening the analysis and diagnosis carried out, with the definition of local actions and their prioritization and definition of indicators and respective goals to be achieved in the short, medium and long term.
In this context, the general objective of the project is the elaboration of the Municipal Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change of Almodôvar (EMAAC Almodôvar).
