Brainstorming session brings communication teams together

National Focal Point brings together Programme Operators to align priorities and strengthen communication for the next Financial Mechanism

The National  Focal Point held a brainstorming session dedicated to the communication strategy for the new funding cycle. The meeting brought together the Programme Operators from the four priority areas for a morning marked by the exchange of ideas and the alignment of common priorities.

The session was opened by Maria Mineiro, who highlighted the importance of clear, results-oriented communication in the context of the challenges that will shape the coming years.

The session was facilitated by Ulrika Botelho, who presented the main conclusions from the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) Communication Workshop and guided participants through a collaborative exercise that made it possible to gather essential contributions for defining robust communication aligned with the objectives set for the new Financial Mechanism.

The session concluded with a guided tour of the new EEA Grants Multisite, in an online demonstration led by Sindre Hervig from the FMO, who presented the features and potential of the new platform.

The initiative reinforces the National Focal Point’s commitment to communication that is adapted to the demands of the new funding phase, strengthening joint work among all stakeholders.
