A Communication Workshop, hosted by the Financial Mechanism Office, took place in Brussels on 12 and 13 November.
The programme featured the presentation of the new Strategy, the Design and Communication Manual, and the Multisite. The platform, set to launch in January in Portugal, will introduce several innovations compared to the current website. Alongside comprehensive information on the EEA Grants Portugal, it will also offer access to programmes, objectives and results achieved across all beneficiary countries. The workshop further included an exchange of best practices, a discussion on the role of communication in today’s European geopolitical landscape, and a collaborative session focused on the upcoming EEA Grants campaign.
Portugal’s National Focal Point took part in the event, showcasing the organisation of the national launch of the new funding cycle, held on 28 October. Ulrika Botelho, Communication Officer, outlined the planning phases, the media outreach strategy and the key outcomes achieved.
The two days offered an opportunity for sharing and learning that reinforced the shared commitment to continue working towards a green, democratic and resilient Europe.
