The Fábrica das Palavras, in Vila Franca de Xira, will host on May 30th the Closing Seminar of the Vila Franca de Xira Municipal Plan of Adaptation to Climate Change (PMAAC-VFX).
The project, which started in 2021, counted with the participation of several external entities, such as institutional partners and companies of the sector.
In the seminar, the next measures to be implemented by the strategic partners to adapt the territory of Vila Franca de Xira to climate change and reduce its impact on the population will be presented. The PMAAC-VFX is considered a key strategic tool to make the municipality more resilient to climate change and contribute to the carbon neutrality targets set by the European Union.
