The SEED Keepers project, promoted by the KEEP Association and financed by the EEA Grants Bilateral Relations Fund, aimed to disseminate seed conservation procedures for various horticultural species based on the techniques used by KVANN – Norwegian Seed Savers.
In January and February 2022, two online workshops on the same topic were conducted by Andrew McMillion, a farmer and seed conservator responsible for KVANN - Norwegian Seed Savers. Following these workshops, a Good Practices Manual was developed, encompassing various seed conservation techniques for different plant families.
