The deadline for submission of applications, which was initially set for 5th February 2020, has been extended to 3rd April 2020.
Has also been changed the evaluation criteria D “Analysis Reference Framework”, concerning the number of partnerships involved in the projects.
So in the Subcriteria 1) - Establishment of partnerships between national and local entities, the contribution of the application is scored as follows:
- High - The application shows 2 (two) or more local, regional and / or national partnerships, involved in the project.
- Medium - The application shows 1 (one) local, regional and / or national partnership involved in two or more activities in the project.
- Low - The application shows only 1 (one) local, regional and / or national partnership involved in one activity in the project.
In the Subcriteria 2) Establishment of partnerships with Donor States Entities, the contribution of the application is scored as follows:
- High - The application shows 2 (two) or more partnerships with Donor States Entities, involved in the project.
- Medium – The application shows 1 (one) partnerships with Donor States Entities involved in two or more activities in the project.
- Low - The application shows only 1 (one) partnerships with Donor States Entities involved in one activity in the project.
