Applications are now open for the Modules "Funding Sources", "Law in Culture" and "Transversal Dimensions" of the Training and Qualification Programme organized by the Directorate-General for the Arts (DGARTES), under Call 2 (Connecting Dots competition - Artistic Mobility and Audience Development) of the EEA Grants Culture Programme 2014-2021.
In order to provide the development of relevant skills at the level of conception, presentation and development of professional artistic projects, DGARTES promotes a distance qualification programme aimed at local agents who participate in the implementation of projects funded by Call 2. The number of participants is limited, so priority access will be given to members of the teams of projects funded under the Connecting Dots/Culture Programme, but it will be extended to other entities in order to contribute to their greater preparation and training for the development of professional artistic projects in the future. Enrolment is free of charge.
Next Monday, 19 September, the module on Arts Project Management will start, focusing on the exploration of the concept of project in the cultural and artistic context and the transmission of contents and tools to support the design and implementation of projects. Planning, financial management methods, team dynamics and communication strategies are some of the topics to be addressed.
