The Seminar for Programme Operators - Cultural Cooperation, organized under the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area EEA Grants 2014 -2021, took place on October 17th and 18th, in Oslo.
Arts Council Norway was responsible for organizing the event, attended by 30 participants from 10 different States, providing the opportunity for beneficiary states to share experiences on the preparation and implementation of their respective programmes.
The Directorate-General for Cultural Heritage was present on behalf of the programme “Culture" of Portugal, with its Programme Partner, the Directorate General for the Arts.
The event focused mainly on cultural cooperation and the use of the Bilateral Fund but also included specific presentations on cultural cooperation with Liechtenstein and Iceland.
