The 1st International Conference on Circular Economy in the Construction Sector, aims to promote a favorable environment for the debate of constructive and sustainable ideas for the future. However, it also intends to share sustainable solutions for the construction sector.
This way the conference will be divided in 2 moments:
March 16 - realization of technical visits that intend to demonstrate good practices adopted in the region within the scope of the theme of this project.
March 17th - holding of highly relevant thematic sessions, with expert and renowned speakers. Exhibition with solutions developed by other entities and with the demonstrator models developed in the scope of ReBuild17.
The 1st International Conference on Circular Economy in the Construction Sector is part of a project (Rebuild 17) funded by the multi-year EEA Grants mechanism and aims to articulate the different entities involved in waste recovery, in order to form value chains.
The Rebuild 17 project included an experimental phase in which procedures were defined, validating waste valorization techniques, through their incorporation in new products. During this project some demonstrative models were developed, which will be presented on March 17, at the conference.
