The project, funded by EEA Grants through the environment program, consists in a "living lab" in Carcavelos, which aims to promote sustainable development and achieve carbon neutrality.
Through collaboration between the Municipality, academia and national and international companies, the project seeks to integrate the circular economy, urban agriculture, renewable energy, sustainable mobility, art and green spaces into an urban, sustainable and people-centred environment.
