The main objective of this Call was to increase the application of Circular Economy principles in production and consumption through the implementation of solutions for the disposal of plastic bottles and cans, solutions for the reuse of plastic bottles, solutions for producers to use recycled plastic bottles and cans and solutions for treating and recycling plastic bottles and cans.
The Environment Programme, based on the results of all selected projects, produced a visually explanatory infographic, which is intended to inform all interested parties within the framework of the Deposit Reimbursement System for beverage bottles and cans.
