The matchmaking event “Living Labs for Low Carbon and Climate Change Mitigation” will take place on February 13th, at the premises of the Secretary General for Environment and Climate Action

This meeting is part of the initiatives of the Bilateral Relations Fund, between the Operator of the Programme “Environment, Climate Change and Low Carbon Economy” (Environment Programme) and its Donor Programme Partner, Innovation Norway.

Applicants can participate in the Event for Bilateral Meetings between the Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Portugal.

Participants from the Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Portugal can present their ideas in the pitching session (three minutes per entity, first in first served) at 30 maximum.
