Under the Fund for Bilateral Relations (FBR) which supports initiatives that contribute to the strengthening of bilateral relations between Portugal and the Donor Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the Environment Progamme and Innovation Norway (Donor Programme Partner), will held a matchmaking event design to the promotion of bilateral project partnerships between entities established in Portugal, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, on the application of circular economy in key areas.
