More than 45 people attended the Public Presentation of the Territorial Program +SOLO +VIDA

This was an opportunity to make known this recent project to combat desertification, which covers 94 hectares of the Guadiana Valley Natural Park, and to invite interested farmers to participate.

Those present revealed the concern in regenerating soil, retaining water and conserving the biodiversity of their farms.

At the same time, other synergetic initiatives for adaptation of cork oak forests to climate change and for the valorization of environmental services of ecosystems were presented with the participation of Teresa Pinto-Correia (MED - University of Évora) and Ana Cristina Cardoso (Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests).

If you did not have the opportunity to attend the event, see below the speakers' presentations.
