As part of the Work-life Balance Programme, the Predefined Project “Gender Equality Opportunities in Senior Management” - PROMOVA - was lauched on November 18th, at CIP, Lisbon.
The Project Promotor is CIP – Confederation of Portuguese Business in partnership with LDO – Norwegian Equality and Anti-discrimination Ombud.
The project aims to promote gender equality in top management of private companies, inspired by the “Promociona Project” supported by EEA Grants 2009-2014 in Spain.
To promote equal opportunities in accessing high level management positions
in private organisations, CIP decided to develop a programme of professional
and personal valorisation, aimed at female managers, to help enhance their
promotion to Top Management.
