The Benfica Parish Council and the Project NO! re-associate themselves with the Blue Lace Campaign, promoted by the National Commission for the Promotion of Rights and Protection of Children and Youth.
We all need to be aware of the importance of protecting children from abuse. We can and must all be agents for the promotion and protection of children's rights.
Thus, during the month of April, at night, the Parish Council of Benfica will illuminate its building with blue lights. At the same time, there will be MUPIS in the main building and in the Junta's sports complex, as well as on Estrada de Benfica, I intend to raise awareness of this issue.
