Project Promova's Training Programme set in motion

Programa Formativo Projeto Promova

Three days on mindfulness, personal branding, communication and storytelling.

Three-day training program has started

Project Promova's Training Programme began on July 1st, and was attended by the President of CIP, António Saraiva, Associate Dean of Nova SBE, Rita Campos e Cunha, and Isabel Vaz, CEO of Luz Saúde Group. There was a brief welcoming session to welcome the participants, complying with all the safety measures that the current pandemic situation requires.

The programme started with the “Purpose” module and during the three days the participants addressed topics such as mindfulness, personal branding, communication and storytelling. In March, all Promova participants took the 360º assessment on Leadership skills and the vast majority already had their first Coaching session. The three-day event took place at the NovaSBE Carcavelos Campus.

32 participants, 22 companies

This first edition featured 32 “pioneers” from 22 companies (ANA, ANF, APIFARMA, BANCO DE PORTUGAL, CIP, CUATRECASAS, DELOITTE, EDP, FAURECIA, FIDELIDADE, GALP, IBERFAR, IKEA, ISQ, MEDTRONIC, MICROSOFT, MILLENNIUM BCP, MSD, Nova SBE, SANOFI, SONAE, TELEPERFORMANCE).

Project Promova is an executive training programme aimed at women, focusing on promoting female talent with leadership potential to top management positions, contributing to reduce the gap in gender equality and to break barriers, which still exist, in the access to top positions in companies.

It is developed within the scope of a Pre-Defined Project (PDP) of the Work-life Balance Programme managed by CIG and funded by EEA Grants.
