Women, leadership and diversity
"Purpose" was the title of the 1st module of Project Promova, which began in July, and was attended by Luz Saúde Group CEO, Isabel Vaz, who reinforced the importance of programs that contribute to the empowerment of women, both for women as well as for society in general.
Addressing the 32 participants in training, Isabel Vaz highlighted the extreme importance of women's leadership and diversity in the leadership of companies.
Project Promova is an executive training programme aimed at women, focusing on promoting female talent with leadership potential to top management positions, contributing to reduce the gap in gender equality and to break barriers, which still exist, in the access to top positions in companies.
It is developed within the scope of a Pre-Defined Project (PDP) of the Work-life Balance Programme managed by CIG and funded by EEA Grants.
