Education Programme Operators' Meeting

The presentation of the Programmes, the results achieved and the lessons learned set the thematic of the meeting in Poland

 

On 27th  and 28th of  June took place in Wraclow, Poland, a meeting organized by the Fundacja Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji, with the participation of the Financial Mechanism Office of the EEA and Norway Grants, with the aim of sharing good practices and lessons learned by the Programme Operators (PO) in the field of Education, with regard to the implementation of the Programmes.

Besides the participation of Portugal, through the DGPM - Directorate-General for Maritime Policy, responsible for the Blue Growth Programme of the EEA Grants Portugal, represented by the Programming Services Director, Sandra Silva and by the Technical Officer Cátia Marques, representatives from Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Slovakia, Latvia and Romania were present.

The first day was dedicated to the presentation of the Programmes and the results achieved. This was followed by two panel discussions related to: 

"High and low points of programme implementation under the current financial perspectives (EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021)", and the second panel was dedicated to the strengthening of bilateral relations and potential management changes.

The following day, the Donor Programme Partners (DPP) from Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein discussed how to design a perfect Education Programme, taking into consideration the lessons learned from the current period 2014-2021.
