The Project consists of a training plan for the promoter’s employees with the aim of preparing them for the increasing level of international activity and organic growth through an executive and technological training plan.

This project aims to improve entrepreneurial and international business management skills, as well as to develop technical capabilities in technologies that provide opportunities for innovation in global products/markets.

The proposed Training Plan makes use of the training offer of university institutions of international reference.
