The Connecting Dots - Matchmaking Seminar, organized by the Directorate-General for the Arts under the Culture Programme, offers a wide space for discussion of ideas, sharing of experiences and knowledge among participants from Portugal, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The Seminar will be structured around pitching and matchmaking sessions to promote and present communications on the importance of the arts and municipalities for local and regional development.
