Programme:The project CLOSER -Close to Resources Recovery pursuits the development of a guide for preliminary demolition and/or renovation audits applicable to the Portuguese reality. The consortium of the CLOSER joins the Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC), the Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA) and the Instituto dos Mercados Públicos, do Imobiliário e da Construção (IMPIC), that have the competences, at national level, and complementary skills in the areas of civil engineering works, environment and construction regulation.
