On 30 March, 2 and 3 April, the 2nd Academia Participo! took place, a training activity for the civic and political participation of young people.
During 15 hours, 15 young people from the 8thA and 8thB of Primary School Manoel de Oliveira were invited to reflect, debate and deconstruct the three basic pillars of the training: Human Rights, Gender Equity and Participation. They also had testimonies in voluntary work and youth associations.
At the end, they committed themselves to share their new knowledge and concepts with their school community.
This pedagogical training was provided by the Inducar Network, as part of the Participate! Project promoted by the Parish Council of Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde.
