Creating impact with Project Promova

Project Promova's "Impact" module concludes its three days.

The goal is to prepare for leadership and create impact

The “Impact” module of Project Promova's training program took place on November 11, 12 and 13 at Nova SBE and, this time, the debate was about leadership in a context of transformation and unpredictability.

The module started with Professor Nadim Habib on Strategy and New Business Models. Knowing the best practices to develop a strategic process that allows to deal with change and develop new business models. The 2nd day was about Future Scenarios and Business Narrative with Professor António Alvarenga. While searching for competitive differentials, it is necessary to work on predictive scenarios, identifying patterns and showing what can happen according to the analyzed data. Finally, Ricardo Zozimo, in the Performance and Sustainable Progress module, addressed the need to work on mindset and adopt attitudes necessary for the development of sustainable business'.

In the end, the goal is to prepare participants to lead according to a new performance paradigm and to be able to create an impact not only on companies, but on society in general. The second part of this module will be next January, at Nova SBE!

This first edition features 32 “pioneers” from 22 companies (ANA, ANF, APIFARMA, BANCO DE PORTUGAL, CIP, CUATRECASAS, DELOITTE, EDP, FAURECIA, FIDELIDADE, GALP, IBERFAR, IKEA, ISQ, MEDTRONIC, MICROSOFT, MILLENNIUM BCP, MSD, Nova SBE, SANOFI, SONAE, TELEPERFORMANCE).

Project Promova is developed within the scope of a Pre-Defined Project (PDP) of the Work-life Balance Programme operated by CIG and funded by EEA Grants.
