Project Promova concludes three days of "Transformation"

“Transformation” on the agenda

During three days (September 16-18), at Nova SBE, participants of Project Promova debated the 2nd module of the training program entitled “Transformation”. This module aimed to map and understand the current context in which organizations operate, developing the ability for macro reading of the internal and external environment. In debate included topics such as politics, macroeconomics, digital transformation, corporate governance, among others.



Guest speakers share inspiring words

As an inspiring motto for the 32 participants of Promova, Teresa Fragoso, President of the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality; Joana Gonçalves de Sá, professor and coordinator of the research group in “Data Science and Policy”; Maria João Mileu, top executive in several financial and technological companies and Cristina Campos, President of the Novartis Group in Portugal, were all present as invited guest speakers.

The next 3 training days for Project Promova will be in November with the “Impact” module.

Project Promova is developed within the scope of a Pre-Defined Project (PDP) of the Work-life Balance Programme operated by CIG and funded by EEA Grants.
